Frédérique Constant is a Swiss watch manufacturer founded in 1988 by Aletta Bax and Peter Stas. It offers elegant and luxurious Swiss Made quality watches at affordable prices. The company designs, develops and assembles mechanical timepieces as well as quartz and connected calibers. 

Born out of a passion for fine watches, the Frédérique Constant brand not only offers exceptional timepieces of the highest quality year after year, but also makes the watch industry more accessible to watch lovers and connoisseurs. It launched its first collection in 1992, comprising six models equipped with Swiss movements and assembled by a watchmaker in Geneva.

The brand is involved in all stages of watch production, from initial design to final assembly. Watches produced under its brand are either designed by Frédérique Constant or by independent designers hired for a specific series of models. Particular emphasis is placed on watch design to stay abreast of trends and customer preferences.

A Manufacture in Geneva

The Frederique Constant Swiss watch factory measures 3,200 square meters and is spread over 4 floors, offering a pleasant working environment in the areas of movement component production, movement assembly, watch assembly, as well as in the thorough quality control. The latest generation of digitally controlled machines are located in a large basement workshop, where the entire component production is concentrated. The movement and assembly of the watches, as well as the advanced quality control are mainly organized on the ground and first floor of the building. The Manufacture in Plan-les-Ouates is also the international headquarters of the brand.

Choosing to be located in Geneva is no accident. As early as the 18th century, Geneva was known as a major center for the creation and production of fine watches. Over the past 300 years, Geneva watchmakers have achieved unparalleled heights in the art of watchmaking. Most of the world's famous watchmakers are based here in Geneva. The concentration of so many rare skills in one place, the exchange and sharing of information, allows companies like Frédérique Constant to remain at the forefront of precision watchmaking.

Collection Manufacture

Entirely developed, produced, adjusted and fitted in the brand's workshops, the Manufacture collection is an example of Frédérique Constant's technical know-how and watchmaking expertise. Its manufacturing process requires an immense amount of work, mostly done by hand, for the pure pleasure of luxury watch lovers! This collection includes three-hand watches as well as watches with very nice complications: Worldtimer, Moonphase, Flyback Chronograph, Perpetual Calendar or Tourbillon!

Collection Classics

Timeless, elegant and refined, the Frédérique Constant Classics watch is the best-seller of the Swiss watchmaker. A basic watch that we like to wear day and night thanks to its pure lines! This collection presents quartz or automatic watches, from the classic three hands to the elegant shaped watch.

Collection Highlife

Frederique Constant launched the first models of its Highlife collection over 20 years ago. Their unique design was characterized by the special bracelet integrated into the case. In 2020, the brand revived this ingenious concept and revitalized the historic collection by adding three new models: the Highlife Perpetual Calendar Manufacture, the Highlife Heart Beat and the Highlife Automatic COSC.

Collection Slimline
