A short history

With its status as a manufacturer of reliable and robust spare parts, in the early 1960s ZRC began designing a wristwatch for diving: the Grands Fonds 300, which was chosen by the French Navy to equip its divers between 1964 and 1982. Since 2015, this icon has been making a comeback on the watchmaking scene.

Every detail of this ZRC French Navy watch is designed to meet the needs of divers once in the depths. The crown is first placed at 6 o'clock, and must be perfectly screwed in to allow the bracelet to slip onto the wrist. The 3 mm curved glass and the imposing Magnum hands with Superluminova treatment ensure perfect readability even in the darkest areas. Finally, the ECS system developed by the Geneva Manufacture makes your watch easier to care for and makes it even more robust.

This ZRC Réédition Marine Nationale 1964 watch is powered by an Selitta SW300 automatic movement, guaranteeing a power reserve of almost 38 hours and a tolerance of +/- 7 seconds per day. In other words, this timepiece will never let you down. It is housed in a totally non-magnetic monobloc case with a 41.5 mm opening.
