The Albert solitaire ring
The legendary frenzy of the 1920's is at the heart of the Suzanne collection with the Albert engagement ring. Resolutely refined, Albert is also simple! Its geometric shapes blossom in a duo on white gold, giving this jewel a singular but not eccentric architectural look.
A little history
To preserve the whiteness of the white gold, each piece is immersed in a rhodium bath, an operation called "rhodium plating, which consists of depositing a thin layer of rhodium on the surface of the jewelry by electrolysis. Note that rhodium is a rare, silvery-white, very hard and corrosion-resistant metal, mainly used as an alloying element for platinum.
Jeweller's word
This white gold setting has very pure shapes and was designed to protect the stones that adorn it. Revealing itself with parsimony, the brilliant cut diamond is delicately set between 4 claws. On each side we have set two baguette-cut diamonds to give this jewel the Art Deco look we were looking for. With the Albert solitaire ring, we wanted to recapture the frenzy of the Roaring Twenties!
