Désir has a very bright future in the world of engagement rings.
A little history
Before becoming an object of adornment, the diamond was considered the symbol of a caste or the attribute of kings and nobles to whom it was supposed to give power, strength and courage. In 1270, King Saint Louis forbade women, princesses or commoners, to wear any precious stone. It was not until 1444 that Agnes Sorel dared to wear the diamond given to her by Charles VII, who was madly in love with her. The diamond then became the symbol of love.
