A little history

The word of a jeweler

Designed in our workshops, this pear-shaped setting houses a round brilliant-cut diamond, so we were confronted with various constraints of solidity and aesthetics. We wanted the stone to give the illusion of being "weightless". We therefore used the technique of the half closed openwork setting. This type of setting is done by folding the metal around the edge of the stone for half, this technique is often used to set cabochons but is perfectly suited to cut stones. This allows the stone to have maximum radiance, which gives very resistant and protective settings.
