Launched in 2019, the Alpine Eagle collection is a contemporary reinterpretation of the legendary St. Moritz, Karl-Friedrich Scheufele's first watch creation in the 1980s. A design that captures light and attention

The design of this Alpine Eagle is based on a fluid and mastered aesthetic. The case in Lucent Steel A223, an exclusive alloy developed by Chopard, is distinguished by its exceptional brilliance, its increased resistance to scratches, and its hypoallergenic properties. This material, composed of 70% recycled materials, also reflects the brand's sustainable commitment.

Its circular bezel is held in place by eight functional screws with oriented heads, a strong signature of the model. The integrated bracelet with brushed and polished links adjusts naturally to the wrist, for impeccable comfort. The real focal point remains the glacier blue dial, whose raised texture evokes the piercing iris of the eagle. The effect is hypnotic, almost lifelike.

The faceted hands and hour-markers are coated with Super-LumiNova® to ensure perfect readability, even in the dark.

Engine

Beneath its masterful aesthetic, this Alpine Eagle houses a mechanical self-winding manufacture movement, the Chopard caliber 09.01-C. Certified as a chronometer by the COSC, it testifies to the rigor and technical expertise of the Maison. This caliber provides a 42-hour power reserve and guarantees smooth reading of the hours, minutes and seconds.

The transparent sapphire case back allows one to admire the meticulous finishing of the movement: circular-grained bridges, Côtes de Genève decoration, engraved rotor... A visual as well as horological pleasure.
