To ensure the diver's safety, the watch is equipped with a compact helium valve, essential for evacuating gas during saturation dives.

The monobloc applied hour-markers in luminescent ceramic composite, coupled with the emblematic “Snowflake” hands, offer optimal readability even in the darkest waters. To reinforce this visibility, Tudor has incorporated two shades of luminescence (green and blue) thanks to the Swiss Super-LumiNova® grade X1 and BGW9 materials, guaranteeing clear and intuitive reading underwater.

At the heart of the Pelagos Ultra is the Manufacture caliber MT5612-U, a bidirectional automatic movement with a 65-hour power reserve. Master Chronometer certified by METAS, this caliber guarantees absolute precision with a variation of 0 to +5 seconds per day. The certification also includes exceptional resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, ensuring flawless operation even in the most demanding environments.

In addition to its chronometric performance, the movement is equipped with a silicon balance spring, ensuring high resistance to magnetic disturbances, and a variable inertia balance for precise adjustment. An adaptable and resistant strap

This patented system, designed for divers, allows the size of the strap to be easily adjusted without tools, even with diving gloves. A major innovation is the visual indicator integrated into the clasp, which allows the strap configuration to be checked at a glance.

In addition, the watch also comes with a sturdy and comfortable black rubber strap with a titanium pin buckle. For deep dives, a rubber extension link allows the strap length to be adjusted up to 110 mm, thus adapting perfectly to diving suits.
