The date is displayed at 3 o'clock, the month at 6 o'clock, the day at 9 o'clock and the year in an aperture at 8 o'clock. This complication requires a minimum of attention. Indeed, setting a perpetual calendar requires a little gentleness, and should never be done between 9 p.m. and 3 a.m. Once correctly set, this little marvel will give you the right date uninterruptedly until 2100 if you keep the watch well wound.

The Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 876-440B is a hand-wound movement beating at 28800 vibrations per hour. It features 37 jewels and, above all, twin barrels for an incredible 8-day power reserve.
