Visible through the transparent sapphire crystal caseback of the latest Master Ultra Thin Date, Calibre 899 features superb finishing - Côtes de Genève, anglage and blued screws. Designed, manufactured and assembled under one roof at the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre in Le Sentier, it offers great reliability and a 38-hour power reserve. Like all eligible creations, the Master Ultra Thin Date has passed all the 1,000-hour Control assessments as part of its development: this unique program defines internal certification tests that far exceed official chronometry tests.

An exclusive new dial color

With its blue-gray shade specially developed for this watch, the sunray dial of the Master Ultra Thin Date accentuates the resolutely contemporary air of the steel case. Its design is an exercise in carefully considered symmetry and balance: anchored by the date window at 6 o'clock, it guarantees excellent legibility and perfect cohesion of the smallest details.

The shape of the elongated trapezoid indexes mirrors that of the Dauphine hands, one facet of which is satin-finished and the other polished to create a visually captivating play of light from every angle.
