The story

Born in 1991 from the imagination of Henri d'Origny, the Cape Cod by Hermès is a timeless icon. Inspired by the house's famous Chaîne d'Ancre bracelets, its unique case, a blend of square and rectangle, gives it an instantly recognizable identity. Its name pays homage to the famous American seaside resort, evoking a spirit of lightness and vacation.

The model

This Hermès Cape Cod watch perfectly embodies the timeless elegance and savoir-faire of the French house. The iconic case is reasonably sized: 40 x 29 mm. Its rectangular shape, slightly rounded at the corners, gives it a classic yet contemporary look.

The black dial, lightly sunrayed, offers excellent legibility. The Arabic numerals and baton hour markers, applied to the dial, are coated with a luminescent material for perfect visibility in all circumstances. A date aperture at 3 o'clock completes the display.

Finally, this watch is powered by a quartz movement and is dressed in a beautiful black “alligator grain” leather strap, perfectly complementing the color of the dial.

This Hermès Cape Cod is in excellent condition and has just left our workshops for polishing and a battery change. This 2002 watch will be delivered Full Set with box and warranty.
