LIP offers us another variation on its iconic Himalaya model, with something that stands out: its simplicity. Always on time, it lives through an era and outlives it. These days, that's called absolute rarity.
A French history
The "Himalaya" watch is a flagship model in the Lip collection of yesterday and today. Produced from 1954 to 1973. This watch will have the particularity of accompanying the sporting challenges of the time and in particular those of mountaineering explorers such as Maurice Herzog.
The model
Lip invites you to discover this quartz "Petite Seconde" version of the Himalayas! This men's watch is powered by a Swiss RONDA 1069 quartz movement.
The 35mm-diameter gold-plated steel case offers a handsome polished-satin finish playing with luminous reflections and a timeless design. The black cowhide leather strap features a "crocodile-style" finish with a golden pin buckle that provides a comfortable hold in all circumstances while remaining elegant. The matte silver-white dial is embellished with Arabic numerals and applied triangle hour markers.
