Since its creation in 1988, the Frédérique Constant brand has pursued a simple objective: to create quality Swiss watches at an affordable price and democratize Swiss Made luxury watchmaking. To achieve this, it offers watches with pure lines and meticulous finishing, all powered by reliable, high-performance Swiss calibers. This year, the Geneva-based Manufacture goes back to the aesthetic roots of its flagship line and now offers a G100 caliber from the Manufacture de La Joux-Perret!

Original and timeless aesthetic codes

The very essence of the "classic"? Never going out of fashion. Geneva's fine watchmaking industry defined its canons over two centuries ago. They remain more relevant than ever in 2024, with barely altered, refined aesthetics, but the precision and reliability of the 21st century.

The Classics Première line embodies this approach, combining tradition and modernity. It unfolds in a diameter of just 38.5 mm, timeless and suitable for all wrists. Worn on a calfskin leather strap accompanied by a discreet pin buckle, it displays just the right amount of classic sobriety.

This version features three central Breguet-style hands over a two-part blue dial, with a sunburst minute track punctuated by Arabic numerals, and an hour circle in Roman numerals. The central part is decorated with a fine guilloché pattern, giving it texture and depth. To mark the hours, 12 applied silvered hour-markers are deployed: a prestigious, timeless composition of unmistakable elegance. All protected by a domed sapphire crystal. A subtle combination of tradition and elegance!

Mechanical side: a reliable, high-performance G100 caliber

This Classics Premiere Automatic embeds the self-winding FC-301 caliber, which simply hides La Joux-Perret's G100 caliber. Beating at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, it offers a comfortable 68-hour power reserve, but above all a handsome finish. Visible through its transparent caseback, the timepiece exposes its mechanical intimacy and the finishes dear to the Geneva manufacture, such as Côtes de Genève, circular graining and blued screws, without limit.
