As Breitling's Professional range is designed to perform in extreme conditions and at the world's toughest competitions, this model features oversized hands and numerals coated with Super-LumiNova®, enabling the time to be read even in poor light. Like all watches in the Professional range, the Endurance Pro is powered by a SuperQuartz™ thermocompensated movement, a technology ten times more precise than standard quartz. This 38 mm model is equipped with Calibre 83, which is chronometer-certified by the COSC and designed to deliver exceptional precision.

The soul of the Breitling Endurance Pro

The Breitling Endurance Pro was created to fulfill a mission. Its design is in keeping with its intended use. It is aimed directly at off-road watch enthusiasts and fashion-loving athletes. The Endurance Pro is undeniably inspired by the Breitling Sprint, a chronograph produced in the 1970s with a resin case and pulsometric scale to monitor heart rate, which made it the perfect sports watch, while giving it the status of a professional instrument. What's more, its colors echoed the vibrant hues in vogue in the 1970s.

Designed for competition, the modern Endurance Pro retains these elements. It's waterproof to 10 bar (100 meters) and features a tactile rubber crown for excellent grip and handling. It can record multiple time intervals to 1/10th of a second, take an athlete's pulse and orientate competitors thanks to its solar compass. Like the Sprint before it, the Endurance Pro is all style and bright colors.

The Breitlight: an ultra-light material

This Endurance Pro is made from Breitlight, a material first used by Breitling in 2016. It is 3.3 times lighter than titanium and 5.8 times lighter than stainless steel, making it ideal for sporting activities. This novel material also boasts many other qualities. It is hypoallergenic, non-magnetic, thermally stable and extremely resistant to scratches, traction and corrosion. It is also slightly textured and, according to Breitling, Breitlight is "warmer to the touch than metal". While the case is black, the Breitling Endurance Pro is available in numerous colors and even in limited editions.

Our opinion

The Endurance Pro 44 mm Orange is a marvel! It's reminiscent of the "classic" Breitling watches of the 90s, while breaking many codes. Its ultra-light black case provides a lovely contrast with the orange accents of the dial and its new sporty, elegant orange rubber strap. A well-defined program, a contained price, we love it!
