Citizen Tsuyosa Small Second automatic grey dial leather strap 40 mm

A real novelty within the Tsuyosa collection!

Japanese Manufacture Citizen has enjoyed real success with the successful launch of its Tsuyosa collection, released in summer 2022! The brand continues to innovate, adding new references that bring real change to the range! More refined, more detailed and more surprising, these new models share the same case as the "old" versions. They also feature an all-new leather strap with folding clasp and quick-change system.

That's not all! The dials are a little less streamlined, as they feature a new display with a small seconds at 6 o'clock with a new texture thanks to a stamped "guillochage" pattern inspired by the Art Deco era!

A very elegant Tsuyosa!

The Tsuyosa collection is part of a long line of sport-chic watches with a very Seventies design, with its seductive, curvaceous lines! Its 40mm steel case alternates polished and satin-finished surfaces, and its lugs-free design means that the leather integrated into the case middle falls smoothly and naturally onto the wrist.

On this new reference NK5010-01H, we find a sublime gray dial with an "art deco guilloché" finish to great effect! Add to this a touch of black for the small seconds at 6 o'clock. This attractive dial is very pleasing to the eye, and is strewn with luminescent indexes and baton hands. The whole thing is, of course, protected by a flat sapphire crystal.

Caliber side

Citizen represents a century of watchmaking experience, and above all one of the world's most important watchmaking productions! Its Miyota movements are used by numerous brands around the world. For watchmaking enthusiasts, its products are synonymous with reliability and robustness. Real tractors, able to endure anything!

This latest addition to the Tsuyosa collection features a brand-new movement, the self-winding Manufacture Calibre 8322. Beating at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, it offers a comfortable 60-hour power reserve but, above all, an attractive finish. Visible through its transparent case-back, its mechanical intimacy is unrestricted, with a host of finishes: côtes de Genève, blued screws, openwork rotor... A real step upmarket compared to the other Tsuyosa caliber, a simple three-hand model! On this caliber, we can note the presence of the stop second, perfect for setting the time precisely on your watch!
