Lip Courage quartz white dial rubber and NATO strap 35 mm

The story:

The LIP watchmaking house is very proud to announce its new title of Official Watchmaker of the Fédération Nationale des Sapeurs-Pompiers de France.

The LIP Courage watch developed by the Bisont-based company in 2020 in partnership with the Fédération Nationale des Sapeurs-Pompiers de France (FNSPF), as a decision-making tool for all first-aid professions (firefighters, doctors, nurses and volunteer first-aiders) has been so acclaimed, that the 2 parties have decided to move up a gear.

LIP becomes the Official Watchmaker of the Sapeurs-Pompiers de France and will design and conceive models intended for these women and men, who on a daily basis fight against time to save lives!

The model:

This watch features a round stainless steel case 35 millimeters in diameter, ideally mixed dimensions. The case is topped by a domed sapphire crystal.

To its right is a crown, along with two push-buttons. As this is a first-aid watch, you can trigger the push-button at 2 o'clock to take cardiac or respiratory measurements. Count 15 heartbeats and stop the chronograph by pressing the top push-button again: the red hand will give you the number of beats per minute. Then reset the double hand by pressing the push-button at 4 o'clock. Then press the first push-button again to take new measurements. Count 5 breaths and stop the chronograph by pressing the same button again: the blue hand will give you the breath per minute.

The white dial of this first-aid watch is adorned with two dauphine hands, which will tell you the hours and minutes. Applied hour markers alternate between Arabic and baton numerals. At 6 o'clock, a date window shows the current date. A little special feature, this dial contains a third blue and red hand that will enable you to measure heart and respiratory rates quickly and accurately.

The movement

To power this watch, LIP decided to equip it with a Quartz movement from Japanese giant Miyota. This is precisely the OS21 caliber, offering a 5-year autonomy.
