Winner of the "Chronograph" prize at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève 2021, the Chronomaster Sport represents the pinnacle of ZENITH's incomparable heritage of high-frequency automatic chronographs. Since its launch three years ago, the Chronomaster Sport has made a name for itself and consolidated its position at the forefront of sports chronographs, pushing the boundaries of precision!

Heir to a long line of ZENITH chronographs initiated before the launch of the revolutionary El Primero in 1969, the Chronomaster Sport represents the culmination of the Manufacture's quest for precision, performance and design. It features a 1/10th of a second chronograph function with a graduated scale on the bezel. Sporty, contemporary and undeniably part of the ZENITH El Primero family.

Today, the award-winning Chronomaster Sport adopts a ceramic bezel and a vibrant green dial, while introducing the line's new integrated rubber strap.

This typical ZENITH Chronomaster is the subject of a particularly striking new edition.For the first time in the main Chronomaster Sport collection, the engraved tenth-of-a-second bezel surrounding the 41 mm diameter steel case with pump pushers is made of green ceramic.

The play of colors and contrasts extends to the dial, which is finished in a green lacquer that matches the color of the ceramic bezel. Typical of the Chronomaster, it features ZENITH's signature tricolor counters in gray and blue. The date disk matches the color of the dial. This reference is presented with a new ZENITH rubber strap, specially designed for the Chronomaster Sport. Made of flexible yet resistant FKM rubber, it is perfectly integrated into the case and matches the color of the bezel.

An El Primero 3600 Caliber

Finally, we discover the latest version of the El Primero caliber through the sapphire crystal case-back. Zenith has built on the foundations of the El Primero caliber and five decades of studies and improvements to the El Primero and high-frequency chronographs to offer us here, for the first time, a display accurate to 1/10th of a second from the 5 Hz escapement (36,600 a/h) in direct reading on the bezel. This El Primero caliber, christened the 3600, boasts a generous 60-hour power reserve - no mean feat with such a fast heart! Through its sapphire crystal case-back, you can admire the architecture of this marvel, as well as its blue column-wheel and openwork rotor marked with the five-pointed star.
