Celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2022, the French watchmaking house HERBELIN is launching a new collection, conceived and designed exclusively for the female gender. Named Galet in reference to its source of inspiration, it unveils rounded models powered by quartz or automatic movements. Oscillating between classicism and modernity, this watch goes out a winner in an irresistible charm offensive.

An exclusively feminine watch

Thought up and designed exclusively for the feminine gent, the curvaceous polished steel case subtly echoes a pebble, rounded and smoothed by the perpetual to-and-fro of water by the sea or in a torrent bed. Meticulously curved in a 30 mm diameter, it is enhanced by a steel bezel setting the dial in majesty.

Supported by a sapphire crystal, this softness extends to the silvered dial. Shimmering under the effect of light, it favors distinction in discretion. At its center, a silver guilloché circle emphasizes the roundness of the whole. Delicately positioned around the perimeter, baton hour-markers, subtly interspersed with polished applied Roman numerals, animate the blued steel hour and minute hands, to the rhythm of a small second at 6 o'clock. The fluted crown, adorned with a blue cabochon, also plays up the luxury of detail.

Conjugating, in turn, a voluptuousness of form, the polished steel bracelet wraps delicately around the wrist, offering a wear that's both chic and comfortable.
