Born in 1999, the Highlife collection has left its mark on the history of Geneva-based Frederique Constant. Since its launch, it has embodied the values that have contributed to the brand's success: a faithful design inspired by fine Swiss watchmaking, a high degree of finishing and particular care to offer the fairest price for affordable luxury.

A very seventies design

The Highlife COSC joins a long line of sport-chic watches with a very seventies design, with its seductive, curvaceous lines! Its 39 mm steel case is an unprecedented diameter for the French market. It alternates polished and satin-finished surfaces, and its hornless design means that the bracelet falls smoothly and naturally onto the wrist. A special feature of the Highlife collection, the latter is interchangeable, and can be alternated with the second textured leather strap with no tools required.

On this reference FC-303G3NH6B, we find a sublime green dial with a sunray finish and applied Luminova-painted hour markers. Finally, we find the collection's signature, the famous "globe", in the center of the dial.

A COSC-certified caliber

This Highlife features the self-winding FC-303 caliber. Based on the Sellita SW200, it beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a comfortable 38-hour power reserve. Most importantly, this caliber has been chronometer-certified by the COSC, as evidenced by the "Certified Chronometer Automatic" inscription at 6 o'clock. This watch therefore offers super precision from -4 to +6 seconds per day.

But this caliber isn't just high-performance. It is also beautifully finished. Visible through its transparent caseback, the timepiece exposes its mechanical intimacy and the finishes dear to the Geneva manufacture, such as Côtes de Genève and circular graining on the plate, without limit.
