A stone from the garnet family, the tsavorite adorning this ring takes its name from the Tsavo nature reserve... It is in this unspoilt part of Kenya, where nature flourishes to perfection, that the most beautiful stones are found. Tsavorite is also found in Tanzania, Madagascar, Antarctica and Pakistan. Although very different, tsavorite is sometimes confused with emerald... Tsavorite has one particularity: it has no or very few inclusions!
