The little story

The "modern" history of Panerai began in 1993: in order to face up to the major international political and economic crisis that began in 1992, Officine Panerai decided to enter the civilian watchmaking market with the launch of three collections, from a total of ten references, in limited and numbered editions. Thus, for the first time, Panerai is accessible to all and not only to the military. The Luminor Marina collection is presented in 40 and 44mm. They immediately became highly sought-after collector's items for watch enthusiasts.

Let's get to know each other

The Luminor Marina PAM 104 is what some might call a simple Luminor. It features a black Panerai dial with the brand's signature Arabic font, slim pencil hands, a small seconds at 9 o'clock and a useful, enlarged date window at 3 o'clock. This highly legible design is paired with the 44mm diameter Luminor cushion case. It features the famous crown protector, a smooth bezel and super thick lugs, making it an incredibly visual piece. This watch houses a Panerai OP III caliber. The latter is a real tractor, designed on an ETA 7750 base without its chronograph functions. Panerai has modified it with its own decorations.

The package

This piece was released in 2012. It is in good condition and dressed with its original rubber strap equipped with its folding clasp. This piece is delivered without its case, but it has its instructions for use and its warranty card. This Panerai Luminor Marina has been authenticated and tested by our watchmakers and as such benefits from the Lepage Vintage one year warranty.
