A short history

Inspired by the new design of the Carrera chronographs, TAG Heuer applies this design to the 3-hand versions. Launched in 1963, the Carrera is one of the first iconic lines designed by Jack Heuer. Over time, this collection has become iconic. Truly sporty and chic, it meets the founder's obsession with legibility in every respect.

An urban watch par excellence, the new Carrera is an everyday classic. Its new 39 mm steel case is timeless and elegant. It has refined lugs for better ergonomics, and its brushed finish gives it a sporty, racy look.
A fixed bezel in polished stainless steel is fixed above its domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides.

On this WBN2112.FC6504 with its blue satin-finish dial, TAG Heuer revisits its prestigious heritage by offering new, more refined hour markers that are closer to the origins of the Carrera collection. Finished in rhodium, like the hands, they reflect more light and are coated with Super-Luminova to ensure better legibility. Its date window is located at six o'clock, giving us a perfect symmetry of the dial.
A detail, but not the least, it is equipped with a blue alligator leather strap with a folding clasp that reinforces its sporty character.

It's rare that aesthetics and functionality go together so well, but TAG Heuer proves the opposite with this model. A future must-have for sure.
